TENAX Geonets and Geo-composites Drainage Products are now widely in controlled landfill as mechanical protection for membrane and to drain the gases and liquids present in the ground. TENAX TNT are geocomposites having high filtering and drainage capacity, produced by laminating TENAX geonets with geotextiles.?The laminating of geonets, with their high drainage and load distributing capacity, with filtering geotextiles allows an extremely compact and easy to use “filtering-drainage-protection” system to be installed. ?The possibility to choose from the varying solutions afforded by the many TENAX geocomposites, each with its own unique set of characteristics, allows the designer ample choice for his specific project needs.
TENAX CE geonets are three-dimensional structures composed of overlaying and intertwined parallel strands that create high capacity flow channels. They are produced by the extrusion of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are therefore resistant to chemical and biological agents normally present in the soil and wastes; they are also stabilized with carbon black for resistance against UV degradation. TENAX CE geonets are rhomboidal shaped structures and available in thickness between 3 and 13 mm and with mass per unit area between 450 and 2.500 g/m2.
